You can purchase a "Mythbreakers" book that explains the issues re- black box voting, check to see whether anyone else has already delivered it to your local county election officials, and if not, sign up to do so.

(No one has yet signed up for the NY counties of Bronx, Queens, New York, Kings, or Richmond. I just signed up for Dallas, TX.)
